About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and delivering projects within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at site.

Execute residential and commercial building projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety regulations.

Verify and monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.

Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.

Conduct quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and billing verification.

Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.

Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers.

Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.

Assist in project planning, cost control, and timely completion of milestones.





Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential and commercial building construction projects.

Good understanding of construction methodologies, RCC works, finishing works, and project execution.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Knowledge of quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ preparation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.

Solid leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience in villa projects, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments.

Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.

Exposure to quality assurance and safety management systems.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
