Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, presentations, and quotations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project delivery.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender submissions, technical evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project timelines while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry through project completion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Support payment collections and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely receipt of customer payments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of Civil,



Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, AV Systems, Stage Lighting, Stage Drapery, and auditorium infrastructure projects.
- Experience in institutional, government, and private educational projects.
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and project visits.
- Experience: 4-5 years in B2B sales/business development, preferably in MEP, AV Systems, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Civil, or Auditorium Solutions.
- Experience handling projects for schools, colleges, universities, auditoriums, government institutions, and large commercial facilities is highly preferred.
