Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, and assist in high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes under strict cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. Trainees will work within controlled cleanroom environments to ensure the seamless production of life-saving medicines while achieving total compliance with international regulatory bodies (like the USFDA).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Cleanroom Operations & Setting Maintenance

- Strict Gowning Compliance: Adhere to mandatory, multi-stage cleanroom gowning protocols (wearing sterile jumpsuits, hoods, masks, gloves, and dedicated footwear) .
- Area Disinfection: Perform or monitor the sanitization and sterilization of cleanroom floors, walls, and work surfaces using specified chemical agents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Material Entry Pass: Ensure that raw materials, primary packaging components, and tools are meticulously wiped down, sanitized,



and passed through airlocks before entering the sterile area.

Required Profile & Competencies

- Educational Qualification: Must have completed Intermediate (10+2) under a recognized state/central board, strictly from the MPC/Bi.P.C/MLT stream.

Shift Work: Absolute willingness to work in a rotational 3-shift system (including night shifts).
