Role: Workday HCM Functional

Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 13 Years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad : Deccan Park, Plot No.1, Hitech City Main Rd, Software Units Layout, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081

Must-Have :

- Analyze, design, and implement Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements
- Configure and support core HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Organization Management
- Compensation
- Business Process Framework (BPF)

- Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards
- Perform data migration, validation, and system integration support
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution (L2/L3)
