Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using the latest Pega Platform.
- Develop end-to-end case management solutions using Pega best practices and guardrails.

- Develop and configure business rules, decision tables, data pages, flows, integrations, and reusable components.
- Integrate Pega applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution design.

Mandatory Skills





- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Hands-on experience in Case Management, BPM, Workflows, Data Pages, Activities, Decisioning, and Integrations.
- Experience with Pega GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, or AI-powered automation is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
