- Operate injectable manufacturing equipment such as filling machines, washing systems, and injectors to ensure effective production processes.
- Monitor and control the quality of injectables during production to meet regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment malfunctions or defects to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with cGMP regulations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in injectable manufacturing operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., FDA guidelines) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Proficiency in operating various types of injectable manufacturing equipment including filling machines, washing systems, and injectors.
