Position : Sr.Facilities Manager
Reporting to : Vice President

Job Summary
Facilities Manager ensure seamless and smooth building management operations; vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, maintains various soft services, and plan and control operational budgets, resolving the issues in the day to day operations.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end facility operations for commercial office buildings, Grade A business parks, and Co-working spaces, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, elevators, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, BMS, STP/WTP, and other critical infrastructure.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Hospitality Services, and Soft services.
- Deliver exceptional workplace and Guest experience by integrating Hospitality best practices into commercial office and Co-working environments.
- Manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and Contractor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Plan and Control Operational Budgets, CAPEX and OPEX, identifying opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety requirements, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety policies.
- Conduct Facility Inspections, Safety Audits, risk assessments, and Compliance reviews, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinated Office fit-outs, renovations, workplace relocations,



and infrastructure improvement projects with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage Co-working Operations, including member on-boarding, workspace readiness, meeting rooms, event spaces, customer engagement, and issue resolution to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs, asset lifecycle management, and energy-saving initiatives to improve building performance and sustainability.
- Develop/implement emergency preparedness plans, business continuity procedures, and crisis management protocols.
- Collaborate with clients, landlords, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain asset Registers, Compliance Documentation, maintenance records, and operational reports in the computer software.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop facility teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Candidates Profile
Agile Hotel Management background Facilities Manager with 20 years of progressive experience in commercial building management, co-working spaces, and hospitality operations.
Proven expertise in delivering world-class facility management services, optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing occupant and customer experience, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
Strong in customer-centric approach to workplace operations, service excellence, and team leadership.
The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and problem solving skills. Able to work under pressure. Should be well versed with computer skills and familiar with various Building management software.
