We are looking for experienced TRIRIGA Lease Accounting Consultant with expertise in lease administration, lease accounting, workflow configuration, reporting, data migration, and support activities. Skilled in implementing and maintaining lease accounting solutions compliant with ASC 842 and IFRS 16, with solid knowledge of TRIRIGA configuration, testing, documentation, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain the Lease Accounting module in IBM TRIRIGA.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA solutions.
- Support lease lifecycle management, including:
- Lease abstraction
- Lease administration
- Rent schedules
- Lease modifications
- Renewals and terminations

- Configure accounting rules for:

- Right-of-Use (ROU) assets
- Lease liabilities
- Amortization schedules
- Journal entry generation

- Develop workflows, forms, reports, and notifications.




- Perform testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Assist with data migration and lease data validation.
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and stakeholders to support lease accounting processes.

Required Skills

- 310+ years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
- Strong knowledge of the Lease Accounting module.
- Understanding of lease accounting standards:
- ASC 842
- IFRS 16

- Experience with:

- TRIRIGA workflows
- Data Modeler
- Form Builder
- Report Manager
- Security Groups

- SQL and database knowledge.
- Knowledge of financial and real estate business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in TRIRIGA upgrade and migration projects.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or automation tools.
- TRIRIGA certifications (preferred).
