About the Role

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while driving and implementing new HR initiatives and projects. The role requires a proactive HR generalist who can support business needs through effective HR processes, employee engagement, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Roles and responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Execute and deliver HR projects, process improvements, and new HR initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational procedures.
- Handle employee queries and support positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR best practices and enhance employee experience.

Ideal candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in executing HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
