;1) Compliance work with Factory Act such as Labor, LWF, Employment, DISH, PF, ESIC, other liaison Statutory mandatory requirements. 2) Liasoning work with GPCB General industrial bodies / agencies. 3) Internal external Audits reports and related replies. 4) Training and planning (internal and external) 5) Maintaining guest house facility at Ankleshwar. 6) Compensation, Bonus, Contact Labor bills, Yearly/Half Contract renewal returns. 7) Submission of quarterly / half yearly / annual returns on time at labor office / DISH office /employment department / Statistic department. 8) Canteen, Security, Transportation, Manpower and Housekeeping management at plant level. 9) Maintain minimum stock of consumable items Stationery items.
