Job Title: Medical Officer Purpose

The ideal candidate should have 5-12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on emergency treatment. The role requires an MBBS qualification. As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing medical care to employees, promoting health and safety programs, and ensuring compliance with industrial health standards. Experience

- 3-8 years of experience in the healthcare industry

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide immediate medical care to employees in case of injury or illness
- Manage and oversee the implementation of health and safety programs
- Conduct regular health and wellness assessments for employees
- Ensure compliance with industrial health standards and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and improve health and safety policies




- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills
- Provide training and education on health and safety topics
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Conduct research on occupational health issues
