Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to work closely with the leadership, marketing, and business teams in developing compelling visual content that strengthens the company's brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

The role requires expertise in graphic design, branding, video editing, motion graphics, storytelling, and content development to effectively showcase construction equipment, mining machinery, infrastructure projects, industrial solutions, and corporate initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual assets that support marketing, sales, recruitment, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, standees, presentations, and corporate branding materials.
- Develop product brochures, technical datasheets, dealership presentations, event creatives, exhibition materials, and sales collateral.
- Design infographics, illustrations, icons, and marketing visuals that simplify complex industrial and technical concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication and marketing materials.
- Create visual assets for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and internal communications.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with business objectives.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, website, exhibitions, events, and corporate presentations.
- Create short-form and long-form content including:
- Instagram Reels
- Product Videos
- Machine Demonstrations
- Project Showcases
- Customer Testimonials
- Leadership Messages
- Promotional Campaigns
- Event Highlights

- Add motion graphics, transitions, animations, subtitles, visual effects, background music, and branding elements to improve engagement.




- Produce promotional videos showcasing construction equipment, mining machinery, infrastructure projects, dealerships, manufacturing facilities, and customer success stories.
- Create animated explainers and product feature videos.

Content Development

- Research industry trends, competitor content, and digital marketing best practices.
- Work with leadership to conceptualize creative campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Coordinate with sales, product, HR, and marketing teams to understand communication objectives.
- Manage video footage, design assets, templates, and content libraries.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
- Support digital marketing initiatives through engaging multimedia content across various platforms.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Media, or related field preferred.
- 24 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.

- Solid proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro (preferred)
- Canva (added advantage)

- Good understanding of branding, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating graphics for social media, digital marketing, corporate branding, and print media.
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong research capability with the ability to understand technical and industrial products.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High ownership, creativity, responsiveness, dedication, and attention to detail.
