Role & responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and internal teams




- Maintain regular follow-ups and a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with Bangalore real estate market trends and project knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Solid sales acumen with a target-oriented approach
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow professionally
