Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX + ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Real Estate Management (REFX) and ServiceNow platform administration, development, and integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting SAP REFX business processes, ServiceNow ITSM modules, and SAP-ServiceNow integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, supporting business-critical applications, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvements across SAP and ServiceNow platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SAP REFX Support & Enhancement

- Provide technical and functional support for SAP REFX (Real Estate Flexible Management).
- Configure and support lease contracts, property management, rental calculations, and occupancy management processes.
- Analyze business requirements and implement REFX enhancements and solutions.
- Support integration between REFX and SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve REFX-related production issues.

ServiceNow Development & Administration

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and service catalogs.
- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management modules.
- Create business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability.

SAP–ServiceNow Integration

- Design, develop,



and maintain integrations between SAP and ServiceNow.
- Develop APIs, Web Services, middleware connections, and interface solutions.
- Work with REST/SOAP services, RFCs, and integration frameworks.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between SAP and ServiceNow platforms.
- Support integration testing and deployment activities.

Production Support & Incident Management

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP REFX and ServiceNow applications.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely issue resolution within SLA commitments.
- Participate in release management and deployment activities.
- Prepare support documentation and knowledge articles.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business users, SAP consultants, ServiceNow teams, and project managers.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, training sessions, and knowledge transfers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- SAP ABAP debugging knowledge.
- Experience with middleware tools and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
