Key skills you will require:Primary Skills

- Experience: 10 - 15 + years in program/project management within software engineering environments, with at least 8 years directly managing programs that involve development in Go, Python, or Java (ideally a mix).
- Technical Foundation: You have previously worked as a software engineer or have deep enough exposure to read code, understand stack traces, discuss API design, and estimate work complexity in these languages.
- Scalable Delivery: Proven track record of delivering largescale,



distributed systems or microservices projects, preferably on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Methodologies: Deep experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models. Ability to tailor processes to team maturity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills you can translate technical jargon into business impact and vice versa.
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab, and project planning tools.

Qualification you must require Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
