Stride Infraa is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive with 510 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out and Corporate Office Interior Projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in procurement planning, vendor development, commercial negotiations, material sourcing, BOQ analysis, purchase order management, and supply chain coordination for turnkey office interior projects.

Candidates having procurement experience in residential construction, manufacturing, retail, or general trading without commercial interior fit-out exposure may not be suitable for this role.

- End-to-end procurement of materials for commercial interior projects.
- Vendor sourcing, development and relationship management.
- Floating enquiries and obtaining competitive quotations.
- Comparative statement preparation and techno-commercial evaluation.
- Price negotiation and finalization of vendors.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO).
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers and Site Engineers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Verify BOQ, specifications and approved material samples.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain vendor database and procurement MIS.
- Resolve vendor quality, delivery and commercial issues.
- Coordinate logistics for multiple project sites.




- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
