Role & responsibilities

1.Coordination & liaising with supplies & regional/global sourcing team

2. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Global Sourcing teams to review demand forecasts, production schedules, and drive the local S&OP; process.

3. Ensure compliance with statutory warehousing, shipping, and material handling regulations while supporting APQP/NPI activities and maintaining quality standards.

4. comply with country, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and recent legislation

5. Control costs & inventory and minimize unnecessary stocks; preform research, evaluate, and recommend solutions to inventory issues

6. Manage ERP and inventory systems,



monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance reports, implement KPIs, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

7. Review various parameter from time to time ABC categorization, safety stocks, rounding values, lead time, inventory provisioning & ageing of stocks.

8. To implement Lean Principles and other drives support from management team

9. Lead local procurement activities, develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and logistics rates, and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouse partners.
