Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Analyst with strong experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for enterprise applications while contributing to automation strategy, framework development, and quality improvement initiatives.

This role offers an opportunity to work on a large-scale banking project and build next-generation automation solutions in a challenging and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Create reusable automation components to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Execute automated functional, regression, integration, and smoke test suites.
- Analyze test execution results and troubleshoot automation failures.
- Develop automation testing strategies and recommend best practices.
- Track, manage, and verify defects using ALM and related tools.
- Prepare automation status reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, status meetings, and reviews.




- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Continuously improve automation processes and framework capabilities.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with TestNG
- Hands-on experience in Cucumber (BDD Framework)
- Automation Framework Design & Development
- ALM/Test Management Tools
- Test Automation Strategy and Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience with QTP/UFT
- API Automation Testing (REST Assured, Postman, etc.)
- Playwright
- Mobile Automation using Appium
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Agile/Scrum project experience
- Banking or Financial Services domain knowledge

- 4–8 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong expertise in Selenium-based automation framework development.
- Experience in creating automation solutions from scratch and enhancing existing frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and manage automation deliverables.
- Experience in enterprise-level application testing.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
