Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and care for children in the day care facility.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and recreational activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic classroom environment.
- Assist children with feeding, toileting, personal hygiene, and nap time routines.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, language, and motor skill development.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, arts & crafts, music, games, and creative play activities.
- Observe children's behavior and developmental progress and maintain daily records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's daily activities and well-being.
- Ensure children's safety by following all school policies and child protection guidelines.
- Support children in developing positive habits, manners, and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive learning workplace.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, NTT, TTC, or Child Care is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
