Lead the end-to-end design and development of web applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript. Own system analysis, performance considerations, and modernization of legacy code while ensuring high code quality, testing, and documentation. Act as a hands-on lead who plans work, estimates accurately, mentors junior developers, and collaborates closely with management and clients. Manage web services and IIS hosting/security, respond to defects quickly, and recommend tools and process improvements to keep systems current.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Demonstrated development lead experience in a software company or product team
- Strong proficiency in .NET and C#
- Hands-on experience building ASP.NET web applications (MVC/Core/Web API)
- Solid JavaScript skills for front-end functionality
- Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and web service security
- Working knowledge of IIS for hosting, configuration, and deployments
- Experience analyzing requirements, performing system analysis, and translating specs
- Proven debugging, troubleshooting, and legacy code refactoring experience
- Ability to deliver well-tested, documented, production-quality code
- Strong task breakdown, estimation, and prioritization skills
