Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), OData Services, CDS Views, and Adobe Forms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments while ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with business processes.

The role requires hands-on experience in modern SAP development technologies and collaboration with functional teams to deliver innovative and business-focused SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP ABAP Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP applications.
- Develop and enhance RICEF objects including:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Forms

- Implement technical solutions based on functional and business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and follow SAP development standards and best practices.

RAP & SAP S/4HANA Development

- Design and develop applications using RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
- Work on both Managed and Unmanaged RAP scenarios.
- Develop business services and APIs using RAP architecture.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects.

OData & API Development

- Design, develop, and maintain OData services.




- Build APIs and web services for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
- Support SAP Gateway services and integration frameworks.
- Develop scalable service-oriented applications.

ABAP on HANA

- Develop and optimize CDS Views.
- Utilize AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and HANA push-down techniques.
- Perform performance tuning for HANA-based applications.
- Optimize database operations and application performance.

Adobe Forms Development

- Design and develop Adobe Forms (SFP) for business processes.
- Create forms for:
- Invoices
- Billing Documents
- Purchase Orders
- Delivery Notes
- Customer Communications

- Support enhancements and maintenance of existing form solutions.

Support & Quality Assurance

- Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Resolve production issues and ensure application stability.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- SAP certification in ABAP, S/4HANA, or related technologies is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
