The Crisis Response (Operator) is responsible for providing a rapid and productive response to campus incidents, including emergency situations that require defensive tactics and communication interventions for the safety of the campus community. CR Operator respond to emergencies and critical incidents on campus and provide support to campus security and emergency services. The Operator is responsible for providing on-site tactical support and interventions during an incident that requires effective communication and defensive strategies.
Desired qualifications/experience
- Preferably the candidate should be from Garud Marine commando background
- Minimum experience of 5 years or more experience in a similar position or role in the military, law enforcement, public safety, private security, and paramedic/rescue services.
- Qualification- Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in handling crisis situations
- Trained in Fire & Safety, First Aid.

- Good communication skills
