Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee all engineering works in the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control.

- Design, develop, and implement new projects from concept to commissioning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support their professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering with expertise in AHU & its related sheet metal accessories manufacturing .

- Solid understanding of HVAC System, Material Handling Equipment, Process Equipment, ENGINEERING WORKSHOP, Manufacturing Engineering principles.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
