We are looking for an experienced LPDC qualified with 12 years of hands-on experience in aluminium low pressure die casting operations. The candidate will be responsible for production, machine handling, quality control, die maintenance coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth and efficient casting operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Machine Operation & Production

- Operate and control LPDC machines (manual/automatic systems)
- Set up process parameters like pressure, temperature, and cycle time
- Ensure continuous production as per daily targets
- Monitor casting process to avoid breakdowns and defects

2. Die & Mold Management

- Handle die setting, alignment, and installation
- Monitor die condition and coordinate maintenance/repair
- Ensure proper preheating, lubrication, and cooling of dies

3. Quality Control

- Maintain casting quality as per customer/OEM standards
- Reduce defects such as porosity, shrinkage, blow holes, cracks
- Perform visual inspection and dimensional checking
- Work closely with QC team for defect analysis and improvement

4. Production Planning Support

- Follow production schedule and ensure timely output
- Reduce rejection rate and improve productivity
- Maintain production reports and shift records

5. Maintenance Coordination





- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns
- Ensure preventive maintenance is done on time
- Minimize machine downtime

6. Team Supervision

- Supervise LPDC operators and helpers
- Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures
- Allocate daily work and monitor performance

7. Safety & Housekeeping

- Follow all foundry safety rules and PPE usage
- Maintain clean and safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of LPDC aluminium casting process
- Hands-on experience in die casting machines
- Knowledge of casting defects and troubleshooting
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in foundry industry also acceptable

- Production output achievement
- Defect reduction rate
- Machine uptime efficiency
- Cycle time optimization
- Team productivity improvement

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
