About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in hiring, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave records, and probation periods.




- Assist in payroll data preparation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B.Com, BBA, or any related field.
- MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
- 0–1 year of HR or recruitment experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
