- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock.
- Issue materials to production/assembly departments as per requirement.
- Arrange and store materials systematically in racks/locations.
- Maintain stock register, ERP entries, and inventory records.
- Assist in stock checking and physical inventory audits.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments regarding material availability.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of store area.
- Identify shortage/excess materials and inform seniors.
- Handle packing, labeling, and dispatch activities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
