The Balance Group is a growing organization focused on building an authentic, relatable brand voice across digital platforms. We're looking for a multilingual Content Writer who is equally comfortable behind the pen and in front of the camera.

Role Overview
We're seeking a versatile Content Writer who can create compelling written content in Telugu, English, and Hindi, while also being the on-camera face for our social media videos and reels. Basic editing skills are a strong plus, helping you take content from script to final cut.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

- Write engaging content in Telugu, English, and Hindi for social media, scripts, captions, blogs, and marketing collateral
- Adapt tone and messaging across platforms while staying true to brand voice
- Research trending topics, formats, and audience interests to keep content fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with the creative team on content calendars and campaign ideas

On-Camera Presence

- Be the face of the brand for reels, video content, and social media campaigns




- Present scripts naturally and confidently across Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Participate in shoots, brainstorm content angles, and bring energy/personality to on-camera segments

Editing Support

- Perform basic video/photo editing for quick-turnaround social content
- Collaborate with the editing team for more complex video projects
- Ensure all published content meets brand quality standards

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing and/or on-camera content creation
- Fluent written and spoken skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Comfortable and confident on camera; prior reels/video experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills and a camera-friendly personality
