- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and assist with onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Be open to traveling to the firm's branch offices at Nariman Point, Andheri, and Thane as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Willingness to travel across the firm's branch locations (Nariman Point, Andheri, and Thane) based on business needs.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
