Position: Accounts Manager

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee the organisation's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely statutory compliance, and productive handling of purchase and sales accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle purchase accounting, including vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment tracking.
- Manage sales accounting, invoicing, customer accounts, and receivables.
- Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS statements, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.




- Support management with financial analysis and reporting for informed decision-making.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of purchase and sales accounting.
- Hands-on experience in GST compliance and return filing.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.
