- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Design creative posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors for content creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Content writing and copywriting experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
