Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

- To research, develop and plan Coaching programs in consultation with expert
- The programs they create include all procedures, deadlines and a budget they must adhere
- Meeting with team members regularly to assess progress and completion of requirements
- Ensuring students day to day activities to be managed
- Ensuring students register on time and updates about the program are communicated in
- To Ensure and oversee travel & touring and stay of players for various camps /
- Arranging Special camps, tournaments, coaching sessions being conducted for academy players within academy
- Visiting all residential academies to ensure proper management of all
- Coordination between Parents/ players and supports staff with one to one interaction with all players over email/phone/whatsapp.
- To analyze and research for best talent identification for international/ national/ state




- To assist SAG to identify reputed institutes for players, to evaluate performance of
- To meet & interact between selected athletes, chief coaches & officials of National Sports federation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- MBA experience of minimum 5 years having 2 years of experience in Sports Administration OR NIS Coaching Diploma with 5 years of experience of management

OR International player with 5 years’ Experience OR Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience of which 2yrs of experience in sports administrations

- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills

- Verbal & written communication in Gujarati will be an added advantage

- Experience in Government organizations will be preferred
