Title: Center Manager

Work Location - Shivajinagar, Pune

Work From Office Only

Responsiblities

- Managed the overall operations of the training center, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning.
- Lead and supervised the counseling, admissions, academic, and support teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drove student admissions by counseling prospective students and parents on Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Multimedia courses.
- Planned and executed marketing activities, seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and college outreach programs.
- Monitored admission targets, fee collections, student documentation, and center revenue.
- Coordinated with faculty for batch scheduling, student performance tracking,



and quality training delivery.
- Resolved student and parent queries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on admissions, sales performance, and center operations.
- Recruited, trained, and motivated counselors and administrative staff to improve productivity.
- Co-ordinated placement activities, interview drives, and industry interactions to support student growth opportunities.
- Ensured compliance with company policies, operational standards, and quality guidelines.
