We're Hiring | Spares & Service Engineer

Are you a technically skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for after-sales service, machine troubleshooting, and customer support? We're looking for a Spares & Service Engineer to manage spare parts, support machine servicing, and deliver exceptional after-sales service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support machine assembly as per engineering drawings and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and service machines with a solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Manage spare parts planning, indents, and follow up for material readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of spare parts.
- Handle customer communication regarding spare parts, quotations, dispatch schedules, and service requirements.
- Ensure complete kitting and timely dispatch of spare parts.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Purchase departments for smooth execution of service activities.
- Visit customer sites to identify service issues, diagnose machine problems, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain service reports, customer complaint records, and spare parts documentation.
- Provide technical support and preventive maintenance guidance to customers.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high service standards.

Eligibility:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in machine assembly, after-sales service, maintenance, or spare parts management is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of machine assembly and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of welding, grinding, drilling, fabrication, and other manufacturing processes.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for customer site visits when required.
- Good verbal, written, and email communication skills.

Location: Pune
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
