The JD can be wider in scope based on how much the candidate can bite n chew, but shall broadlybe as under:

 Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

 Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find,hire, and retain quality candidates across all locations within the given TAT

. Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates,and create and post job descriptions and announcements

 Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired andfired employees, and other designations

 Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly tothe team and management

. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a positive employment opportunity.

 Providing recruitment reports as and when required.

 On boarding of new joiners and conducting induction.

 Training & Development

 Coordinate and prepare for the employee engagement activity as and when required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
