- 4-7 years of experience in solar project execution
- Hands-on experience in ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects
Salary Range: 50k to 60k
Roles:
- Plan, execute, and manage solar projects from initiation to commissioning
- Handle ground-mounted and rooftop solar installations across multiple sites
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms
- Manage site teams and resolve in office challenges
- Prepare project reports and update stakeholders regularly
- Travel across India for project supervision and execution
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Certification in Project Management is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
