Manufacturing Process & VR Training Intern

## Role Overview

Valtep.ai is looking for proactive interns who are interested in manufacturing, industrial safety, operations, training, and VR-based learning.

The intern will visit factories and industrial facilities with the project team, observe real-world processes, interact with plant personnel, and help document workflows for VR training and simulation development.

This role is suitable for students or recent graduates who enjoy understanding how machines, manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and worker training operate in real industrial environments.

## Key Responsibilities

* Visit factories, warehouses, and industrial facilities with the project team.

* Observe manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, safety, and operational processes.

* Assist in interviewing supervisors, engineers, safety officers, trainers, and operators.

* Capture photos, videos, measurements, equipment details, and process references.

* Prepare clear step-by-step process documents, checklists, and training notes.

* Identify safety precautions, common operator errors, quality checkpoints, and important decision points.

* Support the preparation of VR training scripts, storyboards, and simulation workflows.

* Organize site photographs, videos, notes, and client documentation.

* After initial training and accompanied visits, independently support selected site visits and documentation activities.

## Background We Are Looking For

Students or recent graduates from:

* Mechanical Engineering

* Industrial Engineering

* Production Engineering

* Electrical or Electronics Engineering

* Automobile Engineering

* Mechatronics

* Industrial Safety or EHS

* Operations or Manufacturing Management

* Quality Management





* Technical Training, ITI, Polytechnic, or vocational education

Candidates with an interest in factory operations, safety training, SOP creation, process improvement, instructional design, or VR technology are encouraged to apply.

## Skills Required

* Strong observation and curiosity about how industrial processes work

* Ability to ask relevant questions and take detailed notes

* Good written and verbal communication in Hindi and English

* Ability to create structured process documents and presentations

* Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace

* Comfortable capturing photos and videos using a smartphone

* Willingness to travel and work inside factory environments

* Qualified attitude while interacting with clients and plant personnel

* Ability to learn quickly and work with limited supervision

## Preferred Skills

* Basic understanding of manufacturing, safety, quality, or maintenance processes

* Familiarity with SOPs, checklists, process maps, HIRA, JSA, PPE, 5S, Lean, or Kaizen

* Experience through college projects, internships, plant training, workshops, or industrial visits

* Interest in VR, 3D simulations, digital learning, or instructional content development
