Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support enterprise engagements across implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce platforms. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Design and configure solutions across:
oSales Cloud
oService Cloud
oExperience Cloud (preferred)
- Collaborate with developers for customizations (Apex, Lightning, integrations)
- Drive data migration, integration, and system optimization initiatives
- Ensure best practices in security, governance, and scalability
- Support UAT, training, and post-implementation support
- Work with cross-functional teams to align CRM with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and delivery
- Strong expertise in:
Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
oLightning Experience
oWorkflow automation / Flow
- Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Strong understanding of data modeling and governance
- Hands-on exposure to Apex / Visualforce / LWC (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
