Job Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West, 400604

Working days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatcher oversees household goods move operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and crews/movers. This role includes managing and tracking each move, assigning jobs to crews, monitoring job progress in real time, handling additional hours, calculating bills and maintaining explicit communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Must be confident conducting video presentations and pre-screening U.S.-based crew members to meet company standards and project needs

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools
- Confidence in interacting with U.S./International customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
