Salary : 20,000 to 30,000(PM)

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. The role involves continuous patient monitoring, administering medications and treatments, operating critical care equipment, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring patient safety in accordance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.

Experience

- Freshers may be considered for junior roles.
- 1-10 years of ICU experience preferred.
- Experience in Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, or Neuro ICU is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of critical care nursing.
- Ventilator management.
- ECG interpretation (basic).
- Emergency response and CPR.
- IV cannulation and medication administration.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts (Day/Night).
- Weekends and public holidays as per roster.
- Exposure to emergency and critical care situations.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting patients when required.
