- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Docker Kubernetes Administration.
- Robust knowledge of container orchestration and management.
- Experience with deployment automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize containerized applications for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking concepts related to container environments.
- Understanding of security best practices in containerized and distributed systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Docker Kubernetes Administration.
