Qualification

- EECD + Graduation

Experience

- 2–3 years in preschool curriculum development/textbook creation.
- Preferably 1 year of preschool teaching experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Curriculum Development is a must.
- Experience in educational publishing is preferred.

Role Summary

Design, develop, review, and enhance engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 2–6 years, aligned with NEP 2020, NCF-FS, and developmental milestones. Create play-based, experiential, and inquiry-driven learning experiences that foster holistic development, including foundational literacy, numeracy, creativity, and socio-emotional skills.

Technical Skills

- Robust understanding of developmental milestones (2–6 years).
- Knowledge of curriculum frameworks and pedagogies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Piaget, and Vygotsky.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in digital platforms such as LMS, ERP, Zoho WorkDrive, and e-learning tools.

Soft Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and update curriculum for Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
- Create lesson plans,



thematic units, activity sheets, teacher manuals, student workbooks, and classroom resource kits.
- Integrate storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and movement into learning.
- Design age-appropriate assessments, checklists, portfolios, and competency-based evaluation tools.
- Collaborate with illustrators and designers to create engaging learning materials.
- Compile, review, and dispatch curriculum documents through Zoho WorkDrive, ELS, and other platforms.
- Ensure curriculum quality, developmental appropriateness, learning progression, and conduct classroom pilots to refine content based on feedback.
