We are hiring of Tender Executive for our corporate office located at Ahmedabad

Location:- Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Salary:- 3.00 to 4.20 LPA (vary based on technical and non technical qualification)
Education Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Any stream) or Any Graduation
Highly Preferable: (Civil/ Mech)
Experience:- 1 -4 Yrs (Relevant Experience)

Job Profile:

- Identify or finding opportunities in the form of tenders across existing and new sectors from the N-Procure / E-Procure portals
- Evaluate tenders through initial screening and detailed analysis, preparing tender sheets, check the eligibility criteria for bidding.
- Preparation of tender documents as per mentioned criteria.
- Participate in pre‑bid meetings, raise queries, and ensure timely submission
- Prepare bid documents and techno‑commercial proposals for approved tenders/EoIs.
- Analyze competitors by compiling profiles and reviewing submitted price bids




- Follow up with clients after bid submission to track status and maintain communication.
- Review submissions for technical and financial accuracy, suggesting modifications where needed.
- Perform the end-to-end process for the tender with including finding to submissions.

Candidate Preferences

- Working experience or knowledge of various portals like E-Procure, N- Procure, E-Tenders, GeM etc.
- Local or Ahmedabad‑based candidates will be preferred
- Prior experience in tendering for infrastructure or engineering projects is required

Qualification :

- BE in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical for technical tendering role or any graduation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
