Job Summary

Frontier Store is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Counter Salesman to provide excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting products, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products based on their requirements.
- Explain product pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Process billing accurately using the POS system and handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and the sales counter in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and report low stock to the Store Manager.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging new stock.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally as per store policy.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer service and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Follow company policies related to store operations, safety, and customer service.




- Support the team during stock audits and promotional events.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail or counter sales. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems is an advantage.

Working Hours

- 10.5 hour shift (including break)

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
