- Prepare a variety of breads, rolls, croissants, pastries, muffins, cookies, cakes, and other bakery products as per standard recipes.
- Ensure all bakery items meet the hotel's quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Assist in daily mise en place and production planning based on occupancy and forecasts.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor proofing, baking, and cooling processes to achieve consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section at all times.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Sous Chef of any shortages.
- Minimize food wastage through proper planning, storage, and portion control.




- Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials and finished products.
- Support buffet, à la carte, banquets, and special events as required.
- Assist in developing current bakery items and seasonal menus.
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and Trainees in bakery operations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely production.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹25,001.00 per month
