We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our Chennai Lounge team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with lounge access, check-in, and membership verification.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth lounge operations and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and operations teams to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and lounge area.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain accurate records and daily operational reports.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management candidates preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, lounge operations, or guest relations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality may also apply.
