We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Loan DSA team. If you have experience in banking, financial services, or loan sales and enjoy building client relationships, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, networking, referrals, and corporate visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking, Loan DSA, BFSI, Sales, or Business Development.
- Good understanding of banking and loan products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
