Admission Counsellor / Telecaller

Cook & Bake Academy is looking for experienced Admission Counsellors / Telecallers to join our growing team.

Job Location
Paschim Vihar, Recent Delhi

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience, communication skills and performance)

Experience Required

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor or Telecaller.
- Freshers are NOT eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound admission calls.
- Counsel students about Culinary and Bakery courses.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain enquiry records and admission reports.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Work with MS Office and CRM software.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.




- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in educational admissions is mandatory.
