Pass accounting entries for:

- Fuel purchases
- Vendor invoices
- Driver advances
- Expense reimbursements
- Vehicle maintenance
- Insurance
- Depreciation
- Accruals
- Journal entries
- Bank payments

Fuel Management

- Verify fuel bills with vehicle log books.
- Track fuel consumption vehicle-wise.
- Identify abnormal fuel usage.
- Maintain fuel issue register.
- Generate monthly fuel consumption reports.
- Coordinate with fuel vendors.

Maintain records of:

- Vehicle Insurance
- RC Books
- Fitness Certificates
- Permit Renewals
- Pollution Certificates
- Tax Payments
- Loan Documents
- AMC Agreements

Monitor renewal dates and coordinate timely payments.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,372.04 - ₹37,406.16 per month
