Roles and Responsibilities

- One year experience [fresher with excellent Communication Skill] can also apply in Eligibility Verification is must
- Strive to achieve productivity standards.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
- Good communication and analytical skills. This process may require any call center skills.
- On-hand experience in Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification.
- Should have knowledge of Co-pay, Co-insurance, Deductible, and Out of Pocket terminologies.
- Should have knowledge of Provider information, Insurances, and associated plans, checking eligibility, prior authorizations, and Referrals.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.




- Experienced in reading clinical documents and relating it to the service Strong
- Understanding on Providers and payors, Making Strong follow up and Coordination skills

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduates (Any Stream)
- Minimum 6 months experience [fresher with excellent Typing &Communication; skills can also apply] in Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification
- Good Communication skills
- Willing to work the night shift (time 8:00 pm 5:00 am)
- Salary: hike on last salary/current package
