We conduct extensive clinical studies and trials to generate strong clinical evidence and measurable patient outcomes.

We are able to regrow knee cartilage (cushion) in the knee and regrow vertebral discs in the spine. We are also able to bring back normal antibody levels in autoimmune diseases like RA & ANA.

We have strong collaborations with the All India Institute of Ayurveda, Delhi and the

Ministry of AYUSH to develop new medicines and conduct clinical trials aligned with regulatory standards.

Currently, we operate 6O+ clinics across Pan India, treating 1O,OOO+ patients daily,

with 300+ doctors associated with us.

Role Overview

The Consulting Specialist is a frontline clinical role responsible for conducting independent patient consultations, guiding patients through treatment decisions, and driving enrolment into regenerative care programs. This role requires strong consultation expertise, confident patient communication, and the ability to lead structured clinical conversations. The Consulting Specialist plays a key role in building patient trust, ensuring treatment adherence,



and contributing to clinic performance within a structured, outcome-focused environment.

Roles & Res onsibilities

- Conduct independent patient consultations, including detailed history and clinical assessment.
- Evaluate patients using Ayurvedic principles along with relevant modern medical inputs.
- Clearly explain diagnosis and treatment plans in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
- Guide and counsel patients to begin appropriate treatment programs.
- Take ownership of patient follow-ups and long-term engagement.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as required.
- Coordinate with senior doctors and clinical teams for case discussions and modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Identify complex or non-improving cases and escalate to senior experts.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, treatment adherence, and preventive care.
- Follow ResearchAyu's clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
- Participate in training and continuous learning initiatives.

& Ex erience

- BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) with 2-3+ years of relevant consultation experience

OR





- Candidates with basic Ayurveda knowledge and basic Allelopathic exposure may be considered if they demonstrate strong patient consultation and lead-conversion skills
- Mandatory: Independent, hands-on patient consultation experience (end-to-end)
- Experience in target-based or performance-linked consultation roles is a strong advantage
- Proven ability in patient counselling, treatment explanation, and case ownership
- Candidates with only RMO / duty doctor / observation-based roles (without independent consultations) are not suitable

Work Details

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM —7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekend Working: Saturday & Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekday off (Monday to Friday)
